The Regional Halfway House Association (RHHA) is a non-profit alliance of over 130 community residential facilities who work together to ensure the safety of Canada’s communities. RHHA supports the safe, gradual reintegration of men and women in coflict with the law within the community. RHHA members also work with various other agencies to improve integration and communications with criminal justice services throughout Canada.

As an organization, [RHHA's] mission is to ensure the successful reintegration of offenders into the community through the use of evidence-based programs tailored to suit the needs of [its] clients. RHHA advocates for improvements in training, funding, and support strategies for community-based residential facilities.
