OBS

Somalia; a 17-member council to be established, comprising all 15 of the factions and including General Mohamed Farad Aidid and the leader of the Somali National Movement in the north. The first Chairman of the Council should form an interim Government of qualified Somali personnel and should carry out the establishment of the National Transitional Council, with whose formation the task of the Salvation Council will be completed.
