Canada Revenue Agency. The Seniors Advisory Committee (SAC) was established in 1991 to communicate more effectively with Canada's growing senior population. The purpose of the Committee is to provide a meaningful forum to identify Canadian seniors' needs and expectations as they relate to the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) and to determine how best to inform them of their rights and obligations.
