Gunitage : Application pneumatique d'un mortier fluide (la gunite) pour la consolidation des parois de tunnels, galeries, réservoirs, ouvrages souterrains, etc. Le gunitage s'effectue par application de couches successives afin d'atteindre plusieurs centimètres d'épaisseur. Dans le bâtiment, le terme de gunitage s'applique à la protection des structures métalliques contre la corrosion.
