Technology Partnerships Canada (TPC) - TPC was a special operating agency of Industry Canada, and a technology investment fund investing strategically in research, development and innovation in order to encourage private sector investment, and maintain and grow the technology base and technological capabilities of Canadian industry. In partnership with the private sector, TPC invested in high-risk industrial research and pre-competitive development projects.
