éclairage en trois points : Système d'éclairage de base employé au moment de filmer une scène d'intérieur. La lumière est distribuée à partir de trois points principaux. Un premier projecteur est placé face au personnage ou à la scène. Son faisceau lumineux donne de grandes zones de contrastes. Un projecteur d'appoint permet d'éclaircir les zones d'ombre et un troisième projecteur, placé au fond de la scène, derrière le ou les personnages, a pour effet de dessiner leurs contours.
