One group is treated with a primary total hip arthroplasty (Exeterprosthesis) for dislocated femoral neck fracture and compared to a matched group of patients treated with a secondary total hip arthroplasty (Exeterprosthesis) for healing complications (pseudarthrosis or avascular necrosis) after dislocated femoral neck fracture.
