Cancellation : The trademark cancellation is registered in the trademarks cancellation register.

In the only case where the Board allowed the cancellation of a trademark to occur, the registrant actually came forward and told the Board that he no longer wanted to use the trademark.

The Registrar as well as any interested person shall apply to the court for the cancellation of a mark registered contrary to the law.

The general term "mark" is often used in texts as an elliptical variant of "trademark."
