CONT

The true random search procedure divides the domain of definition into some finite number of multidimensional cells, say 1000, where the size of the cells and the number tested satisfy the required precision. Next, assume that one of the best 100 cells will satisfy our specifications. Then, if we choose one cell at random, the probability that it is one of the 100 beast is 0.1 and the probability that it is not is 0.9.
