T.N. nappe is more difficult - if we can assume they are mis-using T.N. to mean cote NGS (Nivellement General du Senegal, for example) they're simply talking about the elevation (El.) of the point marked in masl. Which casts doubt on the first TN, not that it matters so very much for a surface elevation.
