OBS

This dependent person resides with the student and must reside in Canada (except children described in the definition of dependent, who may be studying abroad); is related to the student; and, except in the case of a parent or grandparent of the student or spouse, is either under 18 years of age or is dependent by reason of a mental or physical infirmity.
