The Working Holiday Program (Australia) is designed for Canadians between the ages of 18 and 25 with a valid passport, a return travel ticket and sufficient funds to travel in Australia on their own. It allows Canadians to spend a maximum of 12 months working, on an incidental basis, to support there stay in Australia. Work can generally be found in the service industries and in farming. Employment with one employer for more than three months is not permitted.

Les Canadiens peuvent séjourner un maximum de 12 mois en Australie, tout en ayant la possibilité de travailler de temps en temps pour payer leurs dépenses de voyage. Généralement, les participants trouvent du travail dans l'industrie des services ou dans le secteur agricole. Ils ne peuvent demeurer plus de trois mois au service du même employeur.
