The CEPA Federal-Provincial Advisory Committee (FPAC), established under Section 6 of CEPA, is composed of members from provincial and territorial environmental ministries as well as a representative from the federal ministries of Environment and Health. The Committee's main purpose is to ensure early and effective collaboration of environmental protection and toxic management initiatives.
