OBS

The National Geological Surveys Committee consists of representatives of the provincial, territorial and federal geological surveys or equivalent organizations from across Canada. The NGSC is currently working on four major issues: 1. safety for field personnel; 2. the Cooperative Geological Mapping Strategy (CGMS); 3. renewal of the Intergovernmental Geoscience Accord; and 4. discussions of how NGSC can play an enhanced role.
