"4-H is about personal development of youth. It's also about making friends and having fun. If you are 10 to 21 before January 1st. of this year, you are eligible to be a member... Through 4-H, you will be encouraged to develop self-confidence and a sense of responsibility, as well as learn useful skills in communications, leadership, problem solving and goal setting. These skills are achieved by participating in one or more of the 80 projects offered by the 4-H program".
