The Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) is a national standard used to describe English language skills in listening and speaking, reading, and writing. The Canadian Language Benchmark Placement Tests (CLBPT) and the Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment (CLBA) are assessments that use the CLB to measure language levels.
