Aerodrome Safety Circulars (ASC) describe acceptable ways to comply with existing regulations/standards when it has been demonstrated that there is confusion or insufficient guidance in the standard(s). A thorough consultation on content with a broad range of stakeholders will take place prior to issuance. Example: The consolidation of instructions from several different sources on Reporting of Aircraft Movement Surface Condition.
