effet Callier: On sait que l'agrandissement d'un cliché sur un papier déterminé donne une image plus contrastée si l'agrandisseur est du type "à lumière dirigée" que s'il est "à lumière diffusée". Cet effet est important à retenir quant au choix du papier lorsqu'un premier tirage satisfaisant est obtenu avec un appareil déterminé et que l'on effectue par la suite d'autres tirages avec un agrandisseur du type différent.
