CONT

En moins de cinq minutes, certaines cellules du sang - les basophiles et les mascocytes - subissent une réaction particulière; elle perdent leur contenu en granules. Et cette «dégranulation» a un caractère explosif, de très nombreuses cellules dégranulant en même temps. De plus il suffit d'une très faible dose d'allergène pour déclencher l'explosion.
