OBS

On dit d'une pierre qu'«elle tombe» car la glace en côté de piste est légèrement convexe et que cette particularité l'entraînerait en sortie de piste. Par contre, «sortir une pierre volontairement» suppose que le lancer a intentionnellement été ainsi dirigé (cas peu probable) : c'est la pierre qui tombe mais le curleur qui la sort volontairement.
