I am pleased to announce the establishment of the Informal Conflict Management System (ICMS) at PWGSC [Public Works and Government Services Canada] pursuant to the new Public Service Labour Relations Act. The ICMS is an important milestone in PWGSC's Human Resources Management Modernization agenda.
