OBS

La juste valeur d'un billet portant intérêt à un taux anormal est égale à sa valeur actualisée, déterminée au moyen d'un taux d'actualisation égal au taux d'intérêt théorique qui permet une équivalence entre le montant payé au souscripteur du billet et les montants que ce dernier versera dans le futur (intérêts et principal).
