CONT

OWL is intended to be used when the information contained in documents needs to be processed by applications, as opposed to situations where the content only needs to be presented to humans.

OBS

OWL: Even though the natural initialism for "Web Ontology Language" is "WOL," the abbreviation "OWL" is used because it is an easily pronounced acronym that yields good logos, suggests wisdom and honours computer scientist William A. Martin’s One World Language knowledge representation project.

French

Domaine(s)

DEF
