Formally incorporated as COSTI-IIAS Immigrant Services in 1981, COSTI is Canada's largest education and social service agency with a specific mandate to provide services to newcomers and their families. The agency is the result of the amalgamation of the Italian Immigrant Aid Society (founded in 1952) and COSTI (founded in 1962).
