Of the Public Service Commission Advisory Council. The Working Group on Pre-Qualified (WGP) was mandated to study the application and utility of PQPs particularly in terms of resolving recourse concerns. The WGP is underway and was required to produce, initially, a discussion paper in advance of the PSC' (Public Service Commission)s intention to launch a PQP (Pre-Qualified Pools) pilot program.
