The patented "smoothifier" - a small chamber with a tiny pinhole in it - is friction-fit to the inside bottom of aluminum cans .... beer is packaged into the cans at a higher pressure than typically used. Because of this, some of the liquid goes into the chamber. When the can is opened and the pressure is released, the liquid shoots out of the chamber and back into the can. This action agitates the beer. 1, record 3, English, - smoothifier

Diffusion filters produce "soft" images and tend to flare bright areas of a scene into dark areas (...) There are several different types of diffusion filters on the market. (...) some contain wavy criss cross patterns, and some have concentric circles lightly etched into them. They all work in basically the same way, though. The plain areas of the diffusion filter allow the light to go straight through, forming a normal sharp image on the film. The areas of the diffusion filter that have been embossed or etched or waved or whatever bend the light that strikes them, forming one or more unsharp images that overlap the sharp one. 1, record 6, English, - diffusion%20filter

1, record 6, French, - bonnette%20%C3%A0%20flou
