Las demandas de inconstitucionalidad de las leyes, decretos y cualquier género de resoluciones se realizan ante el Tribunal Constitucional. La declaratoria de inconstitucionalidad invalida la norma legal que ha sido objeto del recurso de inconstitucionalidad.
