The surplus 28' and 35' canopies are altered for steerability. This "modification" results in steerability, forward speed and greater stability and consists of the cutting out of certain area of the canopy fabric. There are many different patterns in these modifications ... "Double L" in 28' canopies ... "TU" in 35 models.
