  • statuer (sur une demande, une question)
  • prononcer (un jugement, une décision, une sentence, une injonction)

(l’acquittement de l’accusé, le divorce, la résiliation d’un contrat, etc.)
OBS. : Le verbe prononcer s’emploie aussi en construction absolue. Ex. : Le tribunal du travail prononce sans appel.
