Present exact time as follows:
- 11 a.m. or 11:00 a.m.
- 1 p.m. or 1:00 p.m.
- 3:30 p.m.
For elapsed time, use colons, periods and no spaces:
- 2:30:21.65 (hours, minutes, seconds, tenths, hundredths)
