In a particular embodiment as disclosed herein, a server system provides decision support regarding clinical workflows for a healthcare provider having a census of patients. The server is functionally linked to a data repository comprising profile data for each of the census of patients, and includes a processor and a computer program product executable by the processor to direct the following operations. The system determines each of a negative outcome associated with services of the healthcare provider and a positive outcome having an inverse correlation with respect to said negative outcome. A group of patients is defined from among said census of patients as being at-risk with respect to the determined negative outcome, and the system further defines a clinical workflow as a sequence of one or more treatment stages associated with the determined positive outcome. The system further tracks a degree of activity by the healthcare provider for the defined group of at-risk patients and with respect to a first threshold value, and a degree of compliance by the healthcare provider with the clinical workflow based on a second threshold value.

Just as the Census of Population counts every person and household in Canada, the Census of Agriculture counts every farm... The census asks the farmers about their crops and livestock, whether organic practices are followed, whether computers are used in their farm businesses, as well as a host of questions on land management practices such as irrigation, no-till, crop rotation, and other queries about their farming operations... As well as tallying the inventory of livestock, crops and other farm products, the census reports on the machinery used on farms, farm operating expenses, gross receipts and the value of land, buildings and machinery.

Tout comme le Recensement de la population dénombre chaque personne et ménage au Canada, le Recensement de l'agriculture fait le compte de chaque exploitation agricole [...] Dans le cadre du recensement, on demande aux agriculteurs de fournir des renseignements sur leurs cultures et leur bétail. On veut également savoir s'ils utilisent l'informatique ou des techniques biologiques dans leur exploitation agricole [...] En plus de procéder à l'inventaire des produits agricoles, du bétail et des cultures, le recensement rend compte de la machinerie utilisée dans les exploitations agricoles, des dépenses d'exploitation de la ferme, des recettes brutes et de la valeur de la machinerie ainsi que des biens fonciers et immobiliers.

Statistics Canada. The Farm Register is a list of all farming and is used for many agricultural surveys. The Farm Register also contains up to date contact information. Information from the 2001 Census of Agriculture indicated which operations with employees were included on the frame. Farms that were not in the 2001 Census of Agriculture were not included on the sampling frame.

Statistique Canada. Le Registre des fermes consiste en une liste de toutes les exploitations agricoles et sert à de nombreuses enquêtes portant sur l'activité agricole. Il contient en outre de coordonnées à jour. L'information tirée du Recensement de l'agriculture de 2001 indique quelles exploitations embauchaient des employés. Les exploitations sans employés sont considérées comme étant hors du champ de l'enquête, seules les exploitations embauchant des employés étant incluses dans la base de sondage (exploitations admissibles). Les exploitations qui n'apparaissent pas dans le Recensement de l'agriculture de 2001 n'ont pas été incluses dans la base de sondage.
