The Comité de terminologie de Radio-Canada includes linguistic advisors and editors of Radio-Canada and terminologists from the Translation Bureau(TB) and the Office québécois de la langue française(OQLF). Linguists and terminology professors from Canadian universities such as the University of Ottawa and the Université de Sherbrooke(Usito dictionary) also participate in the committee's meetings. The mandate of the committee is to propose French designations for new concepts.
