A circular steel dish ... used for testing and working placer deposits. 4, record 1, English, - pan
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS
It is in shape a conical frustum, 10, 12. 25, 16 in or more across the top, 2-2. 5 in deep, the sides at an angle of 35-75° to the bottom. It should be light, with smooth inner surface, free from grease and rust. Polished steel and granite ware are the usual materials, though the latter is apt to chip. Uses :(a) to assay gold-bearing gravels in prospecting, and, less frequently, to make a rough assay of crushed vein material for gold;(b) to work gold-bearing gravel on a small scale;(c) to make gravity-concentration tests on heavy-metal ores. 7, record 1, English, - pan

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 CONT
5, record 1, French, - bat%C3%A9e
Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 OBS

... emitter [that] suppresses major flow fluctuations as compared to the non compensating emitter. 3, record 2, English, - pressure%20compensated%20dripper
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 CONT
The pressure compensated dripper is fused to the inner wall of the pipe. Its hydraulic structure and silicone membrane assure a constant flow rate while distributing irrigation water. The emitter is of an innovative design minimizing clogging hazards and therefore fitted for large scale projects. The particles that may clog the emitter are eliminated through wide passages or due to a differential increase in pressure caused by the momentary dilation of the membrane. 5, record 2, English, - pressure%20compensated%20dripper
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 OBS
Pressure Compensating: This is the other classification of dripper. This dripper will compensate for higher or lower pressure and give you very close flow rate with either. This feature allows you to make the longest possible single lines with the most drippers on it. 6, record 2, English, - pressure%20compensated%20dripper

2, record 2, French, - goutteur%20%C3%A0%20compensation%20de%20pression
