The Property Value Protection(PVP) Program was launched in 2001 as an integral part of the Legal Agreement that led to the creation of the Port Hope Area Initiative(PHAI). It provides assurance to property owners that if activities arising from the Port Hope or Port Granby projects affect the value of their home or land, compensation is available. ICC-Incoterms 1990 : Delivered Ex Quay(duty paid) "means that the seller fulfils his obligation to deliver when he has made the goods available to the buyer on the quay(wharf) at the named port of destination, cleared for importation.
