Choosing Health in Prison was developed to provide offenders with education on various health-related topics with the goal of enabling them to make healthy choices. Throughout the program, several topics are covered such as: how to manage stress, the importance of exercising, the different types of infectious disease and nutrional facts.

Le programme Choisir la santé dans les prisons a été élaboré dans le but d'éduquer les délinquantes sur divers sujets liés à la santé afin qu'elles puissent faire des choix sains. Durant le programme, plusieurs sujets sont abordés, notamment la gestion du stress, l'importance de faire de l'exercice, les différents types de maladies infectieuses et les renseignements sur la nutrition.
