NYLON WOOL ADHERENCE [1 record]

Record 1 1993-01-08

English

Subject field(s)
  • Immunology
DEF

(Technique) used to fractionate mouse lymphocytes. In physiological conditions, B cells and macrophages adhere to the nylon wool, while most T cells do not (some T cell balsts may also adhere). The B cells may be dissociated from the nylon by chilling and removing serum from the culture medium.

French

Domaine(s)
  • Immunologie
DEF
