Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 DEF
A complex, fully active enzyme, containing an apoenzyme and a coenzyme. Coenzymes can be metal ions (e.g. Na+, K+, Mg2+) or organic molecules such as coenzyme A, NAD, and pyridoxal phosphate. Some coenzymes are tightly bound to the enzymes as prosthetic groups (e.g. NAD and NADP); other groups can be removed easily, e.g. by dialysis. 2, record 1, English, - holoenzyme

Record number: 1, Textual support number: 1 DEF
2, record 1, French, - holoenzyme

The catalytically active compound formed by combination of an apoenzyme and its appropriate coenzyme. 2, record 2, English, - holoenzyme
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 CONT
An adsorbent prepared by immobilizing pyridoxamine phosphate as a ligand on CNBr-activated Sepharose was ... used for the purification of glutamate-oxoaloacetate transaminase, which has pyrodixal phosphate as a coenzyme. From the chromatographic pattern, it is clear that the holoenzyme (containing enzyme) is not adsorbed on this adsorbent, but the apoenzyme is adsorbed. 3, record 2, English, - holoenzyme

2, record 2, French, - holoenzyme
Record number: 2, Textual support number: 1 CONT
3, record 2, French, - holoenzyme
