La réunion de Phillips 6/6. Très utilisée avec des groupes moyens dans la méthode des cas, cette technique tire son nom de son auteur et de sa procédure: petits groupes de 6 personnes réfléchissant par quotas de 6 minutes sur des points successifs, sous l'orchestration d'un animateur.
