Canadians for Safe and Sober Driving was formed in 1983 as a direct result of the tragic and senseless death of 14-year -old Neil Gray of Brampton, who was killed by a drunk driver. That event fueled the passion of his parents and friends to act, and motivated by this terrible crime, they founded Against Drunk Driving (the Neil Gray Memorial Fund).
