Cabinet Confidences/Counsel is the primary point of contact with all federal departments and agencies regarding issues involving Cabinet confidences, including the review under s. 69 of the Access to Information Act (ATIA), of documents requested from all departments and agencies, including PCO [Privy Council Office], to determine whether there are Cabinet confidences in those documents that should be protected from disclosure.
