Since geostationary orbits have high commercial value, a Geostationary Service Vehicle (GSV) which can be used to rescue malfunctioning satellites within such orbits has attracted considerable attention. In Communications Research Laboratory, a research project is planned for remote inspection for geostationary orbital servicing.
