PWGSC [Public Works and Government Services Canada] Communications Branch has initiated a Millennium Project, on behalf of the department, to coordinate a permanent exhibition and retrofit of the Phase III lobby area. We have begun installing the exhibition, entitled Linking a People, Building a Nation, a history of Public Works and Government Services Canada. The exhibit will highlight the people and the technology of our department and its founding organizations that played a key role in building a stronger Canada. Sir Sandford Fleming and the Intercolonial Railway, the Parliament Buildings, and the Canadian flag are just a few of the high points that marked the evolution of PWGSC since the formation of the Board of Works in 1841. 2, record 1, English, - Linking%20a%20People%2C%20Building%20a%20Nation
