OBS

Au Canada, une invention définie dans une revendication est dite évidente lorsqu'elle aurait été évidente pour une personne versée dans l'art ou la science dont relève l'invention à la lumière de la documentation disponible et des connaissances générales à la date de la revendication, comme le définit la Loi sur les brevets.
