Established 1996, the Pilot Emissions Reduction Trading Project is an industry-led, multi-stakeholder environmental initiative. PERT is evaluating emission reduction trading as a tool to assist in the reduction of smog and other air pollutants in the Windsor - Quebec corridor, and the effects of climate change.
