[TBMFA's] goal is to seek to implant in the youth of [the] community, the ideals of good sportsmanship, teamwork, honesty, loyalty, courage, scholarship, and reverence, so that they may be finer, stronger and happier youth who will grow to be better citizens of and for their communities. The Thunder Bay Minor Football Association strives to make the game "fun" for all boys and girls. Coaches must constantly keep in mind the ages of the participants.
