The Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC's) National Litigation Committee was officially inaugurated on February 1, 2007. The Committee advises the Director on legal issues, makes recommendations to the Director on approving factums, applications for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada and on interventions in the Director's name in any Canadian court.
