Health Canada. The National Expert Committee on Tuberculosis is addressing five key areas related to Tuberculosis (TB) prevention and control. TB in aboriginal people, case management, HIV and TB co-infection, immigration, and laboratory. At a future conference, a national strategy for the prevention and control of TB with recommended standards and priorities will be developed through a consensus process with key stakeholders.
