Vehicular traffic control lights. Lights similar to road traffic signals may be used to control vehicular traffic at taxiway intersections and at runway-taxiway intersections. They would not normally be required where stop bars are provided and the stop bars are usable during daylight conditions. [They] should be located opposite the point at which it is desired the vehicles stop [and they] should consist of red and green signals to indicate to hold and to proceed, respectively.
