The AILF's goal is to study how new information and communications technologies influence societies and cultures, especially as regards the French-speaking world. We want to formulate practical answers to problems created by the use of such technologies. Clearly, users often confront computer environments that respect neither their language nor their culture.

En effet l'utilisateur est parfois confronté à un environnement informatique qui ne respecte ni sa langue, ni sa culture.
