Verrous de main. C'est le type de coincement, ou verrouillage, le plus répandu. Pour cette technique, la fissure idéale mesure de 6 à 7 cm, une taille qui varie en fonction de celle de la main. Insérez votre main ouverte dans la fissure, formez ensuite un creux : le bout des doigts et le talon de la main poussent d'un côté, tandis que les jointures appuient de l'autre. Serrez le pouce contre l'index, ou passez-le dessous, à l'intérieur de la paume. Adaptez ce geste à la largeur de la fissure et à ses irrégularités.
